Overstock Leathers, Adam Leathers Ripoff. Goods Never Arrived, Charged my Credit Card

On April the 5th I ordered and paid for $350.28 USD a pair of Lucchese Boots. After several ignored emails and 11 weeks later I phoned Overstock leathers and they told me I would not be getting my boots or a credit. They told me that their other company Adam Leathers was no longer trading. I paid for them on the 05/04 and they released a press release on the 13th and I quote

I phoned Lucchese Boot Company and they told me that all orders with Adam Leathers were cancelled as they owed them money. I sent them three emails (below) telling what I was going to do but to no avail. I have been ripped off by this shonky outfit

As of today I give you 7 working days to credit my credit card to the total of $350.28 USD you stole from me for the below order. You never sent my boots. I have been in touch with Lucchese Boot Company and they state that all orders with you were canceled and you OWE THEM MONEY.

My order was placed on April 5. IF I DO NOT RECEIVE A CREDIT WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS EVERY NEWS GROUP ON THE INTERNET WILL RECEIVE A HEADER ONCE A WEEK UNTIL I GET A CREDIT WITH "OVERSTOCK LEATHERS.com STAY AWAY FROM, SHONKY COMPANY" I will explain why to the news groups. I will also get up and running a web site Overstockshonkyleathers.com or similar telling people why and to stay away from you. I will also email some of your local newspapers. This is up to you all I want is my money back
