Dick Leathers Medicine ordered in Oct payment received medicine NOT received called #times and received promises but no delivery

I ordered ccp medicine late in October. The payment of $31.22 cleared my bank, but merchandise never arrived. I called at least 5 times and was told they were having problems but Dick Leathers promised to take care of it himself and to compensate he would include samples of other products to try. Still no merchandise and no refund.
