CCS - First National Card
CCS, ripoff, claims I am approved for $6,500 credit with no intrest. Beware!

First of all, I knew this was a total rip off scam sucking no good company because they offered this card to me! My credit SUCKS! I just filed bankruptcy less than a year ago and I can't even open a checking account due to my poor credit rating.

If you read the fine print on the back page titled "terms, conditions and advantages", you will find out really quick if you call their toll free number you have just inserted screw into yourself without a lubricant!

Read the "Dispute Resolution Process", about 1/2 down from the top of the back page; Paragraph (B), Disputes will be done by arbitration only, (C), you can only sue CCS, aka: First Nat'l. Card in Small Claims Court. (D), you can not discuss your dispute with any of CCS customers, (E) you can not discuss the word "FRAUD" or use the word "FRAUD" against CCS during arbitration procedures, and, (F), only way to clear your account balance without paying is to file bankruptcy. Oh, isn't this interesting?

I just filed bankruptcy and can not file bankruptcy for another eleven years. I wonder how they knew that I just filed bankruptcy? Of course, my good friends at TRW made sure to let everyone know that I am a deadbeat.

DON'T BE SUCKERED INTO THIS SCAM! If you know your credit is poor, the only offers you will receive is from companys as CCS, who prey on unfortunate individuals as myself, making false claims on how they are going to help you re-establish your credit.

Give me a break! Does it look like i just steped off the lettuce truck?
