Scams people under guise of giving "freebie"

This company offers an utterly useless product and then basically gets your account numbers under the guise of shipping you a "freebie." Then they can charge away and there is little a consumer can do.

I was one of the few lucky ones and was able to reach a person at the customer service number, although I had to go through three people before I got to someone who wasn't extremely rude and defensive.

As well they should be. Their useless product is just a vehicle to get people's credit card numbers so they can charge indiscriminately and when you dispute the charges. The service reps go into a lengthy lecture about how you should have read the tiny print which allows them to conduct themselves in this unethical fashion. They also have all kinds of special little rules about returns, guaranteed to confuse consumers so the company has every excuse to NOT refund people's money. (Oh, you were supposed to write your return number in the left corner, not the right, therefore we're refusing your return, blah blah). And if you dare to dispute the charge through your bank, the company has a little disclaimer that says if you ask your bank to help you deal with this unethical company, the company will refuse any refunds.

You must have an RMA (refund) number on your package and it must be mailed to the address I've given, as return to sender packages will not be refunded. Also, get a membership cancellation number from customer service, if they'll speak to you.

I have followed all their return directions to the "t, " let's see if these monkeys give me my money back. Never use this company, never believe in "freebies." Now I get to wait to see if any of this company's scam affiliates are going to steal my account info and pull the same stunt. These people should be sued.
