Ripoff, I have been lied to a deceived

I have been lied to a deceived. This company has illegally took my money out of my savings. I spoke to one of the representives on my home phone when I was told about this great deal in helping me re-establish my credit.

I informed them that I was in the process of buying a home and that it sound like a good deal, but I would need more info on it. They inform me that a package would be sent out to me with further infomation, in which I had never received.

Next thing I find out is that they have taken the membership fee out of my account. I had not given them permission to do so, and I am very upset about it. I don't feel it is fare to anyone that has to deal with a situation like this.

I do not want to become a member of a business like USA. Credit. These people needt o be dealt with. I immediately went to the bank when this occurred, and file a dispute now I have to wait 5-7 working days before I can find out if I can get my money back.

I filed a ACH Dispute form and I pray that I can get my money back and hope that this does'nt happen again. These people need to be stop! So please let others know if this has happen to you, as you see it is no secret.
