Ripoff holds money in an account, then refuses to give back-dishonest Ripoff

Individual claims that he can help you save your home from forclosure, without filing bancruptcy. For a one time fee of $400. Then ask's you to set up an account in his company (Safe At Home), with a monthly handling fee of $50.

However, when you want to withdraw your money, he tells you, he will either bring it to you, or he sent it in the mail.

It's been about two months now, that I have been trying to get what's left of my so-called account. And he wont answer the phone, or tries to diguise voice.
