I am currently a student at UOP. I have not had any bad experiences (other than the outrageous tuition bill) but, I am very concerned about what I read here. I was already thinking about transfering to a University on Campus. (I am currently attending online courses.) and I worry that my credits (that I paid good money for) will not be transferable.

The first class I took was a "Distance Learning" course in which one of the assignments was a Elevator Speech. The requirements we're to write a essay on how to tell prospective students "the benifits of getting a degree through UOP" This seemed like nothing more than a marketing scheme that I am paying 795.00 dollars for! I am a single woman with little education (other than high school) and I can not afford to pay 30,000 dollars for a degree that is not respected. Someone please help me! Im unsure of what to do! How do I get out of here without getting a huge bill for tution?
