Ripoff

I was contacted by this company in September and got the big sell from someone who spoke very broken English and could hardly explain what was taking place, but I ended up with this company's services, which I cancelled at the end of the 30 days "free trial". I received a confirmation number and everything; however, two days later my checking account was charged $149.90 for their "product".

I have spent since October 19, attempting unsuccessfully to get my refund since I cancelled and Never received any of their product.

I call religiously when I am "suppose" to receive my refund and Don't. I get the same broken English speaking people telling me the same thing that they will forward this to their management and accounting department and to wait 10 to 14 business days to receive my refund. Bulls*!!! They are liars, scam artists, and theives. Someone needs to shut them down and give back the millions I am sure they have taken from people. I am sick of getting the run around, and I want my da* money back. If it were them losing that money, I am sure they would be making a much bigger deal of it than the way they handle disgruntled customers that call every minute of every day. Fix it or F*off!
