Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

First National Benefits called my cell phone and said that if we paid a one time fee of 29.95 we would receive 12,000 in government grant money, and also health insurance.

My husband decided that we could use the grant money so he paid the 29.95. Then yesterday I called the bank to check my account balance and it said we are overdrawn by 300 dollars. We couldn't figure out why.

We finally figured out that the company had taken 299.95 out of our checking without our consent to do so. The bank said that there is nothing they can do about it.

I tried to call the company and they keep telling me that they don't have a corporate office I can call. So I asked for a supervisor. First they told me that the supervisor was in a meeting. Then they told me that they had left, and to call back tomorrow.

I decided to see what I could find on the internet about the company, and see if I could find someone else to talk to. The people I have been talking to I can bearly understand what they are saying and they will not cooperate with me at all.

I did a search for the companies name and all I found was where people had posted reports about being ripped off. So now here I am at this web-site posting a report because they ripped me off and I have no idea how to get my money back.

We have two small children, one of which will be starting school this year and we can't afford to lose any money. My husband and I had enough finance problems to deal with before this. If someone can help and tell me what I can do to get my money back and keep these people from doing this to someone else it would be greatly appreciated.

These people need to be stopped.
