Ripoff! Told I had a buyer for my Timeshare. Was told that I needed to send Western Union money in the amount of $480 plus $53.00 for the telegram to a specific person in Costa Rica, and buyer who lived in Florida. No further response

TimesharesUnlimited, Larry Horton, President, Glenn Forrester, salesman ripoff... Told I had a buyer for my Silverleaf Timeshare who was on vacation in Costa Rica and wanted to buy it before she left there on return to the States. Was told that I needed to send Western Union money in the amount of $480 plus $53.00 for the telegram to a specific person in Costa Rica, Hattie Schultze, and buyer Kathy Larsen who lived in Florida. No further response.

I received a call from a Glenn Forrester with Timeshares Unlimited who said that he had a buyer for my Siverleaf Timeshare in Branson, Missouri

Said the buyer was a Kathy Larsen who lived in Florida but was on vacaton in Costa Rica and wanted to purchase this before she left that area coming back to the states.

Glenn Forrester said that I needed to wire $480 to a Hattie Schultz an agent in San Jose, Costa Rica at 311 Bay Street to get the paper work started. Also cost $53 to sent the wire. He said that I would receive paperwork and money for timeshare within 30 to 45 days.

Few weeks later, still trying to speak with a Glenn Forrester at the number I was given of 407-538-0650 never got to speak with him. A GREG did answer several times and say he was out of the office. Needless to so, no further contact. No paper work in the mail and certainly no money for the timeshare.

Also unable to pull up anything on line for Timeshares Unlimited.
