Ripoff took payment sent default notice over holidays 15 days to sale home

Efore christmas mobile home shifted, greentree called me for payment told them what happened and that i needed to put claim into insurance they gave me information, put claim in on home seperating walls up to 1/4 in gaps, and water damage in master bathroom, was starting to get black mold around bath tub. Sent claim ajuster out, she was here only a few min, masured roof, took pictures of walls, never went to the bathroom to see damages, claim refewesed, i have been sick for 4 1/2 months now because of bacterial infection on neck and back of head, large boils as big as quarters about 20 of them after taking antbiotics for 27 days, still on other meds 1 tub cost 79.00 which i dont have, friday 5-25 reseived NOTICE OF OUR PLAN TO SELL PROPERTY.

In 15 days of letter, cant even talk to lawyer tell tuesday leaves 8 days tell they sale home, check my bank statmemt they cashed my check. Every statment i have shows where they took from 87.72 - to - 129.00 for insurance, and insurance policy they sent says i owe 400.00 year so why do they keep taking money every month, wont send me policy for loan trying to find it else where insurance thety by worthless, but with staph infection and right hand going numb now from it, cant do much harrasing calls 5 a day.
