Paid VISA for hosting at mybes.com, requested domain name (poetry-voices.com). Money for hosting was taken, but not the domain name registration.internet

Mybes.com asked for payment as below:
"Alliance Bank account number: 025-1-000808-4 or MayBank account number: 502054213197 and payable to Ewanstop Internet.

If pay by cheque, how shall I proceed?
For cheque, make your payment payable to Ewanstop Internet, write your name, email address and the service (s) you order at the back of the check and send it to Ewanstop Internet, D284, Lorong 18, Taman Sejati Indah, 08000 Sg. Petani, Kedah."

I sent a query to them:
