Promises, a lot of BS ripoff

Credicorp, Inc. Of Dallas, TX promised I was pre-approved for a $10,000 Platinum card for just $37.00 annual fee. That was in January! Now it's May, and I find out they are scamming people all over the country. I want to make sure they pay... And, I want my money back!
