I have a contract with Stainsafe. Everytime I file a complaint that is not a simple cleaning matter, they deny and refuse to honor my contract. This time a seam separated and they claimed my cat torn the sofa. Even if he did, the contract covers tears.in the meantime, I noticed the other side of the couch separation and my seat cushion seams separating. They denied all of this because they states it was too much at one time. Nowhere in the warranty does it state that too much will be denied. I was also given no explanation of what constituted "too much".
