Yucaipa valley water district (yvwd) located @ 12770 2nd st yucaipa, ca (909) 797-5119 are CROOKS!!! They are raising the seward rates to nearly $20.00 (3.00 increase) & also the water service charge. The RAT * keep raising the water rates cause they know they can. The seward rates are patheticly high as it is. These morons will do anything for a buck. And if that means screwing you out of your hard earned money or retirement, they will. LOSERS!!! This will be seen all over the world & their is NOT a damn thing they can do about it. This is all true. DONT trust the yucaipa valley water district. I sure dont & ALOT of the residents of yucaipa, ca dont as well.
