Ripoff credit card charged, no products delivered, ordered February 27 Internet

I ordered a large quantity of items from IGIA.com, call the customer service number, and get a message to call back during the business hours of 0900 to 1700 hours on normal business days. It does not matter when I call I get the same Message. Early on it gave a number to contact what I found out was a warehouse, who no longer deals with IGIA, and had put in complaints against them to have their number taken off the phone message. I am going to start looking for legal advise. I had contacted my credit card company, and they stated that they would most likely not be able to contact anyone either, and suggested I also start looking for legal advice and try to take them to small claims court. Just letting people know they need to be very careful.
