Education & Science

Sometimes we all do stupid stuff. "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is", my dad used to say. That really applies here. So I ordered the foreclosure "class" that would lead me to financial freedom and starry futures full of Ferrari's, etc... And I mindlessly believed them. DUH.

The first charge, allegedly for shipping, appeared on my card. I waited. No materials in the mail or at my door. Ever. So I paid the card in full and cancelled it. I also called them several times, sent them e-mails, and finally, today, I get a letter in the mail threatening me with the usual baloney to get their $297.

I never got anything. So I have no intention of paying them anything. I sent this Peter Carr another e-mail, telling him he has until 4PM Monday (its Friday now) to respond to the note in writing telling me I owe nothing, or I am going to report him and his schmucks to the BBB in his area and the FCC.

I found this site and said, "what the hey", may as well start here anyway. Maybe keep someone else from being stupid. Do NOT send them anything! Do NOT fill out anything on their web site! Do NOT fall for the BS!!!

Listen to your dad (or my dad if yours never told you) and if it sounds too good to be true, it is just that, a lie. I believe a class-action lawsuit may slam the brakes on this scam, maybe one of us knows a lawyer who can start that rolling. Anyone? I'm up for a good "pay backs are a b - - - -"... How 'bout you?
