I got a letter in the mail saying I owed at&t/cingular 191.59. Funny thing is I have never had service with the company, so how is it possible to owe them any money?

I gave them a call an got an answering machine. Then i decided to come on here an see what I can find. I found alot of information from this site plus a few others. Then i decided to leave a nice message saying if they try to sue me go ahead my lawyer will have a nice time ripping them apart. Plus i told them i found simular cases on usacomplaints.com
