Ripoff unauthorized credit card debits

I have ordered business cards from Vista Print more than a year ago. Little did i know, they have used my credit card for unauthorized debits for a monthly fee for BusinessMax for no apparent reason since October. I have never received any emails nor any correspondence from them regarding these unauthorized debits. I called them several times and they insisted that I have replied to one of their promos regarding a $10 cash back and that it was part of it. I have called my bank to file a fraud report about it.
