Ripoff

I found a charge for $48.00 on my credit card and couldn't figure out what it was, I copied the name into internet search and found people with the same problem.

I tried to cancel with them the very same night I put the supposed $1.00 charge on my card, but no response.
It is now Friday night and cannot call my bank until tomorrow, but I cannot afford them taking anymore like I am reading that they do.
Help.
