Silversand Photography/Americana Portraits Inc. - Incompetent and vindictive company - Avoid at all costs!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They held my sons pictures hostage for five months. I wrote a letter of complaint to the main office stating that I was a good customer, on a previous occasion I had purchase a package from them totaling $323.00.

I let them know I felt it was unfair and unprofessional of them to have kept my sons pictures for so long, not to mention the numerous times I waited at home for a scheduled meeting with a representative of theirs who would never show, and I felt I should not have to pay for the portraits.

A few days later I received the portraits via ups only to discover they had stamped their name and address all over the front of every picture to insure that they would be useless to me. This is an outrage!!!

Also, if anyone has pictures pending with this company, don't be a sucker like I was and pay the high prices. My friend also used this company and when she refused to pay the outrageous cost they offered her an "unofficail" package for $100.00. If you haven't already used this lowsy company, steer clear!!!
