Recently me and my wife were ripped off by Portraits USA. They had a deal with KROGER, where we can take few picture for $ 20. When we went there, Photographer took 10 picture, We did not ask him to take all the pictures, The day we suppose to pick up our picture, They gave us the worst 2 picture. And we had to pay for all other picture were nicer, I never had a experience like that.
