My mother got ripped off by these people. She was also insured a credit card and never recieved one. My name is Dwight and I am the owner / Chief Investigator of Prime Scope Investigations in Decatur, AL. I am a Private Investigator and am in the process of tracking down the individual (s) responsible for this fraud.
