Ripoff, dishonest, scam artists, illegal withdrawals from checking account, fraud

This company called saying they were from Home Depot and offered $200 in free shopping @ their stores for a one time charge of only $3.95 for processing. Was supposed to receive packet of information within 3 business days. Called to cancel and they said my info wasn't in the computer yet. Within a few more days they had debited two fees of $3.95 and another of $119.90. Called and complained and demanded the money replaced. Was supposed to receive a refund form within 7 business days. Three weeks later, still have never received a single thing from the company, who insists "It's in the mail." Have to close checking account to insure there are no other illegal debits made from my account.
