Ripoff

I received (2) 400.00 vouchers in the mail. I ordered a Kicken island with stainless steel countertop. I Paid the remaining balance of 189.95 with a check and sent in the mail.

I waited for a fews weeks, but had forgotten about it until I checked the bank statement. I realized there was no phone number to reach them about the delivery of my merchandise, or any mention of shipping or how long it would take. I Then thought about searching on the internet.

I have gotten a sterero from them in the past with no problem, so I assumed that this would be no problem.

I am willing to do what it takes to get my money or merchandise, as I was looking forward to getting this item for storage and style.

Very upset and dissappointed.
