LLC rip-off! Tried to get money that we didn't owe them

This company kept sending us letters saying we owed them money. Then they would send some letters that said what they would settle for as a payment. We had no idea who they were and still don't. So I decided to look them up on the internet and found several more complaints about them. This company definitely needs investigating by the government.
