Phony "credit agency": credit card fraud; "American Credit Educators" keeps billing me for a credit card ($250 startup fee) which I never requested or used...
I had the same problem as the woman who titled her complaint ACE Credit Agencies — deceptive practices and charges. I have been harrassed for four years by these detestable scoundrels. No sane person would pay $250 to sign up for a credit card; certainly not I. I signed no agreement for such a card; made no verbal agreement; never used such a card; never ordered or received any further materials from them after cutting up the card.
These crooks have no names attached to their letters; yet they have damaged my credit rating and they have failed to respond to my letters of complaint. All I have learned about them is that they regularly defraud the IRS by sending people unsolicited credit cards and then taking a phony tax write-off when people refuse to pay. Your organization would do a great service by
identifying the names and addresses of the specific individuals
perpetrating this hoax from their one-room hangout.
