Verizon false telephone charge to sweden! Ripoff!

I received a charge on my Verizon bill to Sweden that I did not make (telephone #46856813113). I contacted Verizon and they gave me a telephone number to call USBI (1-800-460-0556).

I have now been on hold for approximately 30 minutes. I will not pay this charge of $22.92 ($23.61 with tax according to Verizon).
