Simple Escapes - Classmates
Ripoff, fraudulant charge

I was charged 9.95 by AP9 Simple Escapes on 1/12 and 2/10. After originally being told that I did not have a membership, I was told that I signed up for this service through classmates.com. I knew that this was not the case, because I remembered not signing up for any special offers and had not heard of Simple Escapes.

I was first told that only one of the charges could be refunded and then a supervisor was called and she said that both would be refunded within two business days. Now I am waiting for them to refund my $19.90. It is terrible that people are allowed to do this!
