NexidermBoehm - Ritter ripoff - scam for getting credit card info!

I am so mad!

I fell for the free sample add - I ordered the sample - for pp$5.95 - which was charged immediatley to my credit card.

I then recieved the product - some 5 days into the 14 day triel - so emptied the jar for a trail - and sent the jar back - five days before the deadline - with all the bowsand bells they want to complete the return.
Guess what? I tried to double protect myself by phoning and cancelling - to ensure they did not take the money from my card - I need all the cash I can get - and didn't want to pay for nothing. I phoned twice - and each time was on hold for over 15 minutes - I just don't have that time... It was a continuous loop too - because it jumped in the same place - I was not in a queue at all if you ask me!

I got charged to my card... Obviously it seems from reading other peoples reports... But will take this as far as it will go - I have done everything required - and I refuse to be out of pocket fro a cream that did nothing but give me spots!
