I have tried for months to contact anyone that can help me within that company. I wrote a cancellation letter in December! It is now Feb and I am looking at a bill for $118.95 and I have never used the card. On top of that I have been charged $200 in NSF fees by my bank because they tried to withdraw directly from my account. Now I have been on hold with the company's 1 phone number for AN HOUR!
