D/b/a ESPRESSO ITALIA Rip-off, Not Italian Commercial Cappuccino Machines, Locates Pathetic, Scam

I purchased 5 machines and multiple cases of capsules from Espresso Italia ($13,000); they claimed my shipment was held up at Customs so the goods were not delivered timely as per the contract; when I finally received the products and machines, it was painfully apparent that these machines "are not" commercial cappuccino machines but more along the line of something one would use in their home.

In addition, the locates that were a part of the purchase were pathetic to say the least. Leads that would take you to a low-income residential neighborhood at a run-down convenience store with one employee on duty; a pizza joint that said 75% of his business was "delivery" and that he told the locator beforehand that he was not interested; that is the kind of leads that Espresso Italia claims are their "quality" leads.

I expressed my concerns, I asked for a different locator, and received little to no response from the company. I had an attorney send them a letter and they took 2 months to respond and then only sidestepped the inquiry. To date, I have not received a single call from anyone in the office of Espresso Italia; I filed a complaint with the FL Attorney General's Office and BBB and found that I am not alone.

Many of us are being ripped off by this "snake in the grass" company and I for one, am fed up with them and their tactics/lies. I relied on the information given to me prior to purchasing this mess and all to my detriment because I find out after the fact it was all lies and deceit.
