I'll not rehash everyhing already written, Johnny DeJesus, Brian Connors, Jay Campbell, etc. The names are the same and so is the story. An absolute and knowing effort to refuse to deliver service. Nat Hillman will not return any correspondence, voice mail or email. Niether will anyone else for that matter.
The candles don't sell at anywhere near the suggested prices. The racks get dismantled by stores because they are downright ugly and the product does not sell due to very poor quality.
I guess I'm lucky after reading all these reports that I even got any product at all, but the truth is I can't even give the stuff away. Since October I've sold 6 candles.
Also, I found out while scouting locations, that candles and stands identical to mine have saturated my area, with many already having been evicted due to, you guessed it, ugly stands and shoddy product. Given the lies and reluctance to even speak, it is very apparent to me that they have sold my 'exclusive territory' several times. That should be enough right there for an attorney or the FTC. And it's not like I haven't given ICC multiple opportunities to answer my questions. I'd have been willing to hear an explanation or anything, if someone would speak to me.
I'm a reasonable guy, maybe to a fault. And I've been too patient. Mr. Hillman, you and your staff have had every opportunity to respond to me. And apparently several others are in this boat with me, as I see now. I have to conclude that you are running a scam and committing fraud unless you are willing to explain yourself. I have not been able to contact anyone with your organization since October, and that is a real problem for you.
I'm in for the long haul here, I've been forced to find a new wholesaler, and get this, he actually called me to confirm my order. I had to go this route since I've got 5 new stores going in and I can't afford to have them fail due to poor product. Hopefully I can offload the ICC stuff and only take a loss of $7000 or so.
I'm in for any suit brought against ICC and Nat Hillman.
