Was just speaking with friend of mine who brought up the subject of trying to get a loan, asked him where he had looked and brought up the name of TCRM. I was really surprised... He said terms sounded great upfront but as they proceeded along the process, terms changed, charged fee up front, etc... Sounds like an ongoing thing with them...
