WLI Reservation Rewards
Fraudulant credit card charges Blank

Today I noticed being charged two times ($9 each time) to the WLI Reservation Rewards. When I saw this on my transaction report

I hadn't even ordered anything offline in the longest time. I am trying to go through old transaction reports to see how many other times this has happened.

I got the 800 number for WLI from my bank because my bank said they could not do anything until I tried to contact the company.

The operator that took my call was very unprofessional. She asked me for my last name, email, and then finally the credit card that it was charged to. I was not willing to give out the credit card information but neither the last name or email address could find me as a member (since I was not one).

So after contacting my bank again they said to come in and file some paprerwork having to do with the fraudulant purchases and that they might refund me.

But the fact is that I might have to close my account and open and new one if they cannot stop the WLI purchases. I have to check with my bank also to see if this has been an ongoing thing.
