On 1-23-05 i discovered a charge on my debit card account. I had seen the charge before, but over looked it because i know sometimes places i have used my card may be under a different name than the actual store where the purchase was made. But i decided to investigate further and discovered it was a recurring charge and i flipped out because i am very aware of the direct drafts i have and they only are bills.

I contacted my bank wachovia immediately and put a stop on the name ap*simpleescapes and told them to reject any charges from this company until i get to the bottom of this because i have not authorized any such charges and will demand a full refund from them and demand that they cancel this bogus account.

I am in the begining stages of this and will post my results after this is settled, but i will report them and call my attorney general and report them and find out who sold my info and will consult an attorney on how to hold them legally accountable for allowing my account number to be used by some one else. But my number suggestion is that keep a close eye on your account and question everything it is better that you question it and find you did authorize something than to have a monthly recurring charge for something you no nothing about or isn't benefiting from.
