Telephoned by a gentleman who said that I qualified for a credit card with a $2400 limit, and that I was eligible for a $300 cash advance. All this for $299. This was in November. I have not received my card. I have been able to get in touch with them on 3 occassions. Each contact telling me that my package has been shipped, and I should be receiving it any day. Still no package.

I have discovered that the funds they took from my account was drawn on a check which required no signature. I was able to download a copy of the check (front and back) from my account on the internet.

The imprint on the back of the check gives this information:

I called the above number and the gentle informed that this company is not in New York, but is in the West Indies. The address is Main Street P.O. Box 625, Charleston Nevis, West Indies.

My bank is investigating.
