Ripoff fraudulent automatically deducting payments from my account

I filled out a promotion for a chance to win a free 32" Sony TV being aware that I will be donating a $1.00 to enter. Seven days later this GalleriaUSA crap shows up on my bank statement with a deduction of $14.95. I'm thinking: "I didn't sign up for a membership anywhere." It hit me that I was going to be scammed. I called my bank to ask for suggestions on what to do. They actually had the number to GalleriaUSA and told me to ask for a refund and call them (the bank) back if I had any issuses. I called GalleriaUSA and waited on hold for about 25 minutes when I began to feel impatient. I kept hearing clicking noises so I started to say "hello". I could hear whispers and laughing in the background. So, being a smart-alac I am, I began to swear to see if I could get some attention. I heard a "you are too" in response to my profanity. I said, "hello" again. Then someone actually started to address me but was acting like they could not hear me. I anxiously said, "hello, hello" but then I got cut off. What a frustrating situation. I know they could hear me. No one even wanted to take my call until I started cussing. How can they even hear me if I was supposed to be on hold?

I called back a second time. This time I was on hold for only 1 minute before Anne, Id# 17003, answered my call stating me full name. They agreed to cancel my membership, but it was done in such a non-professional way that I'm going to have to call tomorrow to check and see if my membership was really canceled. You know, I'm not even worried about getting my money back. They can have it. It seems like they need it more than me. But why scam about it.'Anne' seemed so eagered to get me off the phone that I do not think she even processed the cancellation. I don't even want to deal with this stuff. These guys are fraudulent!
