Sallie Mae consistently fucks students over, I have not heard ONE good thing about them. Sadly because my parents were poor but somehow my promise financial aid never happened I had to borrow a lot. Now they take most of my money and I will be paying them off til I die. I cannot tell you how many times I have cried over this crap. These people don't get back to you when you need a postpone of payment, they "complete" your email requests without actually doing anything. I have been trying to postponed a payment for two weeks now and now thats its the due date and STILL I have not heard from anyone I'm going to be charged. This company is disgusting and should be taken down by the government for theft.
