Payment Postponement Requests Ignored, Due Date Passed Anyway

Sallie Mae consistently mistreats students, and I have not heard ONE good thing about them. Sadly, because my parents were poor and my promised financial aid never happened, I had to borrow a lot. Now they take most of my money and I will be paying them off until I die. I cannot tell you how many times I have cried over this. These people do not get back to you when you need to postpone a payment, and they "complete" your email requests without actually doing anything. I have been trying to postpone a payment for two weeks, and now that it is the due date and I still have not heard from anyone, I am going to be charged. This company is disgusting and should be taken down by the government for theft.
