AT&T Wireless ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

My family and I were going to buy a house. We did the whole 50 million credit report thingd and Palisades Collection LLC kept coming up on it saying I owed them money. I contacted them, and even not know what I owed them for I said I would pay for it to get it off my credit. I gave them all my info and days later the money they said I owed never came out of the account.

I called left messages several times and never was able to get ahold of anyone. My family and I are in the United States Air Force and this type of stress and problems don't need to be on our path. We still cannot get ahold of anyone with that company. I want to know whats going on and my Attorney is waiting as well.
