Ripoff dishonest bait and switch, misrepresented items, stole money

A group of approx. 40-50 women belonging to an internet chat board involving hair care, decided to go in on a group order of human hair extensions to get a better deal. We spent time researching suppliers, e-mailing them obtain quotes and finally found one that offered the best quality extensions at the cheapest rate. We then entrusted Sharese Green to collect our money via Paypal & Money orders and wire-transfer it to the supplier located in India. Our original order was for 100 kilograms of human hair from India. We have several message threads and conversations documenting the progress of our order. After having issues with the suppliers, or so we thought, two months later we finally received our hair. Only, it was not what we ordered. The samples Sharese provided us before the order took place were NOT the quality that we ordered. Not only that, Sharese stated that the supplier only sent 80 kilograms of our order, which she in turn only sent half of everyone elses' order, keeping the rest of the hair for herself. We questioned Sharese about this, and she admitted to placing the order with a different supplier, other than the one initially quoted, after collecting our money. Many of the women were dissatisfied with the hair quality from this supplier that we did not agree upon and began demanding a refund, at which point Sharese began to ignore all e-mails and phone calls. After a few days, she posted a message stating that she would deal with everyone on a person-by-person basis, but still has not rectifed the situation, nor has anyone received a refund.
