Bhawani hair is so bad and not virgin

I placed an order for strait, wavy, and curly hair. To make a long story short, this hair was felt really rough and coarse, there was nothing soft about it. Also all of the hair was of the same pattern meaning it did not look like it was from different donors. I co washed the hair and hung it up to dry. WHat I ended up with was rough coarse hair that was not in usable condition. I have been ordering hair from India for over 10 years. I stepped out and ordered from this vendor and highly regret it. Please do not waste your time. This place is not a reputable supplier. The person I dealt with is Narasiman Nandakumar. I am now out $1500 dollars and my clients are without hair. I am only thankful that I noticed the hair was bad before my clients did.
