Ripoff Promised a vacation and never received it. Destin Florida

I was told by Debra Hay that I would get a free hotel stay in FL. With tickets to the space camp and a park. The password she gave me was false. They debit my account for $39. Oo and they are still taking money out of my account and I have no way of cancel my account. You can't get through to talk to anyone and I can't do it on line because I was given the wrong info. Can some one help me please???
