Ripoff! Scam! Fraud! Conartist! All for $279.00 with a $5000.00 lie!

Well like the other 92 entries, my story is the same. They called me up at work with that $279 for $5000 worth of credit. Yes, I fell for it. I have never fallen for anything like this before, but it happened this time. The girls name was Kathy, I didn't get her last name.

I fell for it because it was the holidays and I need extra cash (like the rest of America) so I could buy gifts and pay bills for December. Like I said, they called me at work, told me their usual bull$h! T story, and conned me out of $279, that I didn't even have, but did it anyway. I called Kathy back on 12/6/04 and told her to cancel my account, and to not withrdraw the money, she said ok. They took my money on 12/10/04, and the rest is history. I have yet to receive anything, not even the bogus package that some of you have received.

I have called 4 times, just to ask about the status of my card, and Chris James (if that is even his real name) has been nothing but rude and condesending everytime. The last time I called, 1/11/05, I was done, I went off on him and told him either he get a manager on the phone, or Dominion will hear from my attorney... He said, "Let your attorney call us, we have have everything covered!" I bet they do... I called my bank today, they are going to dispute the transaction, I am getting my money back, but still, these people can't get away with this... Class action suit, baby... My work # is (removed by usacomplaints.com. To reply to this person, please post a rebuttal or contact the EDitor)... If we get enough people to pursue this, it would be a shut and closed case.
