Scam ripoff

Be very very cautious when dealing with William Paul Berini of The Merryvale Group. Our company sent him 30,000 (plus 10,000 in free lunches, hotels for him, plane tickets) without anything he promised. He takes huge up front fees for claiming he can raise funding for IPO's. We didnt get a dime, only a letter stating he cant work right now due to stress and that was followed up by a similar letter by his attorney.

His practices seemed very very unethical (after we were taken) to avoid being sued we must state that this is based on our experience only, cannot vouch for other clients, but a member of his "lunches" came forward and has provided information stating at least two others it has happened to.
