They came into our office looking for someone to perform a job for them. They claimed they had been awarded a contract in a refinery for a natural gas supplier in our area. We supplied them with workers and supplies to complete the job. They snuck out of town without paying. Will not respond to our calls, and will not pay what they owe us.
