I purchased an xp-700 for christmas. When it arrived it was damaged. I instantly notified the company with no avail. The pocket bike won't even run. I checked the batteries and they won't even charge. Customer service will not respond and when you call you only get a voice mail. Very poor company. Disputed all charges.
