So far $149.00 & $45.95 has been debited from my bank account. Rip-off!

On my november statement there was a debit for 149.00. I had no idea who it could be. I called my bank, no help. Now my december statement shows 49.95. I will be at the bank in the morning to speak with the bank president. I have no idea how these people got my routing number or my account number. Thank you for any help you can give me.
