AES/PHEAA - Student Loans

Aes/pheaa are a disgrace!!! These people do what they want to do with peoples loans. They tell you that you are not eligible for a forbearance or anything else. You then tell them what you can afford to pay and they refuse. They want you to pay, but will not accept any type of payment. They are out to ruin peoples credit and they are so unethical. They have screwed my loans up and I am doing everything I can to get another company to pick them up and I pay them. PHEAA is in with AES and they are just as BAD. I would advise anyone who has AES or PHEAA run and get someone else to pick up your loans.
