This company is a total rip off

We went on line to get One free credit report we cancelled with in the time frame. We checked our bank statement they took the 79.95 out of our account anyway. We called our bank they told us what to do we did it. CIC refunded us most of our money, 2 months later we checked our bank statement again and they took another 79.95 from our account. This company is a total rip off we have never recieved anything from them, not an email nothing they just take money from our account now we are going to have to close our account.
